At VartClean, we stand behind the quality of our products.
12-Month VartClean Warranty
All VartClean products include a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use of the product.
If your product develops a covered defect during the warranty period, VartClean will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, replacement part, or other suitable solution at no additional cost.
What is covered?
Our 12-month warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical or mechanical faults caused by a manufacturing defect

Product components that fail during normal and intended use
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental or physical damage

Damage caused by misuse or improper installation

Water damage where the product is not designed for such exposure

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions

Normal wear and tear

Consumable parts that naturally require replacement through normal use, unless defective

Our support team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
Please do not return a product before receiving return instructions from VartClean.
Statutory Consumer Rights
The VartClean 12-month commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory rights or legal guarantees you may have under applicable consumer law.
Consumers in the European Union may, in particular, benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.
